At Woodstead Puzzles, we ship our handcrafted wooden puzzles to puzzle lovers all around the world. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. If you can place an order at checkout, we can ship to your country.

If you don’t see shipping available for your location, contact us at info@woodsteadpuzzles.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • United States:            

          • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

          • Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days 

  • Europe & UK: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Customs processing, weather conditions, and local carrier delays may affect transit times.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

For customers in the United States:

          • Standard Shipping rates start at $15.95

          • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $99

          • Priority Shipping is available at an additional cost

International shipping rates vary by destination and order weight.

The total shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.


6. Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on the country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Make sure to provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@woodsteadpuzzles.com. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
