Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your puzzle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

To start a return, please contact us at info@woodsteadpuzzles.com. 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.e will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they are defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@woodsteadpuzzles.com within 14 days of delivery.
